The newest Burnel character, Heka the vaporeon! She works at the Burnel General hospital as a nurse, and if you ask her what 'Pokemon' is she'll just tilt her head in confusion (Though there may be a twinkle in her eye). She has liquid-shifting powers, and can use this to help heal patients! The liquid this produces has extremely potent medicinal properties (And tastes like strawberry kiwi tea). She also knows the move 'Hypnosis' and will use it to lull patients in so she can apply treatment. For some reason, some patients get a bit weird when she asks them to suck on her tail-flukes, best to just circumvent that...


Anyway much thanks to  Lager Goaty who made this whole sheet for me and I am deeply touched by it. It's been amazing collaborating on this character with him and I'm super excited to do more with her!
