Lazar is the boss of the Vasilev mafia. Back in the day he was a well-known surgeon. After he retired he became the head of the hospital and soon the owner. But wtf does he control as a mafia boss? Well... he's an organ trafficker. But when he isn't carving organs out of unsuspecting people he's going out on dates with his beautiful wife. Despite his appearance he's a boring old man that wants to sit in his office and read or build model airplanes.
