This little needs a name!
I've been playing with the Lazy Nezumi Pro trial, which is an add on for your drawing tablet that helps smooth lines. I usually purposefully take a crayon, traditionally textured brush to kind of hide the fact that my lines are not the smoothest. I might invest in this stabilizer, it's pretty cheap but I'm trying to see if it's something I'll really use or not :P
