Slightly-based on one of the many Mammoth Mutt by jirakadarbu, or 
GlycerMakhado. Tried experimenting with a lot of things here but I hope I pulled it off.
Also forgot to mention it's suppose to involve her powers going haywire. To what extent and how, I don't exactly know. I plan on expanding more on it later in another pic or two.

Like for me, Mammoth Mutt as a rival (not enemy) sister that loves to expand bigger with fat, instead of just air or helium, her name is Expanda Mutt.
And yeah, I sorta figured it was just a simple collar (well, maybe with an advance compuer/phone that's, well, like a smartwatch now I think about it). With this, I sorta had the idea something was causing her powers to haywire, sorta like Tetsuo in Akira.

I wouldn't mind chatting more with you in Discord or something, to be honest. I'd love to chat in general, especially on fetish scenarios/fantasies. I really do like remaking/expanding on your original old stuff. I'd explain more via Discord or PMs.
