'I caught nothing, i'm not that surprised to be honest. There was no sign of fish or water creature in this pond. But the water felt so good that i just don't mind sitting here holding the fishing rod, waiting for something that never come. It might sound boring but while i wait for something to happen, i looking around and think of this place that i'm in. It suppose to be a hidden spot deep in the forest.. privately owned i suppose. It hasn't been touched in a long time. The pond however still looks fresh and somehow maintain itself. It didn't turn into a muddy mess, it remains clear and fresh... one of those oddities that i might never understand. listening to a still working hand crank music player, i take off my boots and dip my foot into the water and just kind of enjoy fishing for nothing, though in the end i did get some fruit that just happens to floats by the pond. I should do this in the ocean sometimes in the future.'

Hello there!
I hope you enjoy the painting along with the flavor story that i add to it. Kinda want to return to the forest scene. A simple setup of Dr.Rabbit fishing on some kind of pond even though the pond contains no obvious signs of fish. A simple act of him just dipping his foot into the water and listening to a calm music while while being blessed by the warmth of the nature. I think it's a kind of mood that i would love to be in. isolating myself in this kind of place, away from the city life and pressuring college assignments. A simple life. Hahah i'm kind of blabbering right now am i?
Well i would love to hear your thoughts and such about this matter. Thank you for reading this whole thing i appreciate it!
I hope you have a nice day

I love backgrounds <3
If I can say, I spot a little problem with the roof of the little building, we should see it more from below.
The ark or circle is going to the top instead of the bottom.
Besides that little critique I love the art and description of the scenery.
And would love this kind of place too. Maybe with someone else, but better than city in my opinion, for sure ! Blabbering is fine I guess.

lol. what jbf is saying would still apply, except the view point, is from well above the character's head and thereby, at just about the same level as to bottom of the pavilion, gazibo, or whatever else you might want to call, it's, roof. elevated enough, to indeed not see its bottom after all.
my own thought, is that nature, without interference, would be more likely to keep the pond clear then muddy it, though eventually sufficient silt might accumulate to raise the bottom of it, to no longer be a pool at all.
and while land is a thing that might at one time have been owned, in a world where much of what we consider civilization and its population,
appears to have disappeared, for whatever reason it may, this becomes no longer a particular concern.
i have walked many times in such places growing up myself, in a time when people were fewer, and for the most part less destructive then today.
likewise i had often in those days fished, without catching anything nor expecting to. though as often if not more, simply sat, in stillness,
waiting for whatever of nature and life, might choose to show itself to me.
