Was listening to youtube a few weeks ago and a video came up that reminded me Sneasel was originally one of my favorite pokemon (and Weavile when it happened); sooo I made Snowflake.
They are the same character.
I thought it would be interesting to have Sneasel be able to force herself to evolve at will, and become a male Weavile. Likewise Weavile can revert back into a female Sneasel at will (I was really tired when I made this character XD ).
