D Drive X is the Megaman X version of D. Dan. He is in his X form since the normal version would be too boring. LOL.

I got the idea one day when viewing a few other artists who have a reploid version of their characters.

I figured that if D. Dan were in the Megaman universe that he would be a reploid since the only intelligent organic creatures in that universe are humans. LOL. ^\/^.

I find that this one turned out nicely even though I think I made him too tall. In fact I made another reploid version of D. Dan because of that and the fact that I got the posture, feet and cape placement wrong and realized this when I was nearly done inking. LOL.

I also noted that it didn't seem to look very much like the kind of Megaman character I wished it to resemble. But I liked it anyhow and differentiated by giving both a different name by what game they resemble being in.

When I am done with this one, or the other one, I wish to have a caption of D Drive X saying 'Begone from me!!' with an epic blast from the palm of his hand.
