Looking to further strengthen his body, a few of Josephs friends suggested a rather unique exercise. They mentioned it targets multiple muscle groups at the same time, giving Joseph enough encouragement to give it a try. He was unsure on how it would work, with him all restrained in that way. They did not mention the tickling until the very end of course, but hey, it's giving those laughter muscles a good workout. :P
