No, "she" is only going on about killing Rarity. Normally in the case of villain s that talk to themselves, they would mention how said target took something from them in some way or something similar, there is none of that here. Rarity has had her family for years and never been targeted before so that can't be it. The only thing she's gained since returning is a place to stay and reconnecting with friends and family. If "She" wanted Rarities Nightmare power I seriously doubt she would try killing her as that would more then likely make it vanish. So, no, I don't think this is an attack on Rarity that is driven by jealousy and this is my reasoning behind it, please let me know what you think of it I'm curious as I've never done something like this before ^^;
