I drew this is twenty-or-so minutes, and thought they were pretty cute.
But I don't know anything about them. So I thought, hey, maybe I can get some ideas off of you lot. So...

3: teasy, tricky, and abit over zealous about people they like
4: likes tricking people they dont know cause if their pinkness about their sex, to make fun of them. Or to (considering the interests of you and many that watch) eat them. Likes reading (with little cute glasses on). As well as listening to heavy metal, mostly for the reactions as he goes full moshpit but also just really enjoys it.

3) Playful,flirty,mischievous,can get a bit jealous when they don't get attention from people they like.((Possible Yandere for the silly)) . Not sure why but I do think they would be rather eccentric or a bit crazy in the more wild and unpredictable at times sense.
4) Just looking at them I somehow think they would be a total dork. Anime,comics,games and would totally fanboy over stuff they really like. I do imagine them as a predator though in vorish situations though that may be me just loving more adorable and cute preds eating bigger or seemingly stronger "predators". I think they would enjoy a semi hyper live style full of activities and would despise just sitting around bored to the point it would be maddening. I think they would adore stuff like raves where they could cut loose.
Just some stuff that jumps out at me from first glances. Either way they are absolutely precious!

I have bad-name-itis, and the ideas can really work with any gender!
So what I imagine is a character who really wants to be dominant both socially and sexually, but they’re just too much of a sub for it to ever work out. They just aren’t very good at it, and the person they want to dominate frequently flips the situation around on them. This can extend into wanting to be a predator, and maybe even being successful sometimes, but almost always being one upped or eaten for their efforts.
Also, you’d have to be a very subby mouse type of person to ever fall prey to them with no strings attached~
