Like the ProtoMechs from the Clans, Chimeras may use both military grade and civilian fusion reactors as a power source, provided the reactors don't weigh more than 2 tons.
Civilian reactors have a slightly worse power to weight ratio, but are much cheaper and require far less maintenance than a reactor used by the military, as only specially trained personnel may perform this dangerous task. Otherwise, unskilled techs might accidently damage vital parts that keep the hot plasma contained, which would then smash through the torus and ignite the reactor's hydrogen fuel tank. The resulting explosion is strong enough to destroy anything within 50-60 meters. However, any concerns about a possible uncontrolled fusion reaction like in a hydrogen bomb is nothing more than an urban legend.

You seem like one of those people that set up premature judgments on others.
Not too many people stop themselves from intentionally doing that though.
You're a very good artist. :D
I remember taking an art class when I was young, my teacher was one of those nuts-o art teachers...I loved that girl so much, always made me laugh. XD
She'd always try to help me with my shading.
...I sucked sooooo much.

I don't judge people I don't even know, that would be completely wrong.
As for your shading issues: it takes a lot of practise, especially if you always need to remember where you placed the imaginary light source to keep the same lighting angle. Nevertheless there are always some minor flaws in it, but sometimes it's these flaws that make the picture look really good at all.
And thank you for your feedback, I apprechiate that very much.
