Here, I am offering to do OC's either playing and/or riding balloons, or play/bounce on sit and bounce balls.
However, I won't be doing pictures with lots of characters in one pic. Or really really big sized balloons, or sit n bounce balls with highly detailed logos or designs/patterns.

Very generous of you. Myy mascot Shiny is a big fan of balloons and would surely enjoy to take part in this if you'd find fun in drawing him. =3

People are always free to draw Shiny in any attire they like as long as it is G-rated and simply for fun and smiles. The yellow musical note is like a mark of recognition for Shiny so if you just want to have him with no clothes then his neckerchief is sufficient to be the only accessoire. I can of course always provide refs for other clothing if one finds fun in having those. =D
