Also she may or may not eat people. Spooky. Oh yeah and she wears fancy dresses so she can look fabulous while using her clothing control powers. Sick.

She's in her mid thirties, and was born into extreme poverty. At a very young age, she got to working as a thief. A cat burglar. Through stealing from, blackmailing, and the occasional murder of richer people, she managed to amass quite a bit of wealth. This redhaired kitty had it easier than most. She discovered shortly after starting her life of crime an ability to control fabric. Ribbons, strings, even entire articles of clothing were at her command... if she was touching them. This was still invaluable as a thief.

Mesko quickly got enough to build a mansion filled with every kinda luxury. Not a McMansion either. The real deal. She ceased most of her evildoing and just settled down out there Only most of her evildoing. Not all of her adorable maids are there willingly, and she certainly still loves to abuse her fabric control powers. She wears the finest dresses so she can look good when wrapping people in ribbons and lace. No one ever tells of her law-breaking out in the wildnerness. Those who try...
