So, on a whim, I went to VancouFur with my roommates on Friday. I gotta say I am so glad that I took the opportunity to go. I didn't know what I was missing and man it was fun. I didn't have a badge ready and I took forever making my own. There's some type of correlation with the number of people around me and my ability to draw, I swear. Of course, it was completed on the last day of it, but whatev's! I made one nonetheless! I'm not 100% happy with it but it was enough to get the job done. Next year (and yea, next year, this is goin to be a thing now!), I'll be prepared with a proper badge!
