Prejudice against Furs runs strong in some humans. Particularly when you and your siblings are the only Furs at an otherwise all human school. Larger Furs, like Riley and Ryan, have their physical size and strength to protect them from physical bullying on the school playground. Smaller furs, like their younger sister JD, are much more vulnerable to it. But don't think JD has no protection, as Riley is more than happy to step in where her younger sister cannot.
