Today, I was brought into a different part of the lab as I was asked to try out a VR project. This was quite unusual as they mainly ask me to work on testing their pills, potions, and whatnot. This was probably a breath of fresh air as opposed to dragging around a log of cock for a while, so I agreed to be a part of this trial.
When I went into the room, they basically put me onto a every which way directional treadmill of sorts and strapped my sides so that I wouldn't be wandering off around the room. They then started to put a ton of electrodes on top of my head, which felt super funky, especially since there was a little shock with each one they put on. I was afraid of getting a bit of brain damage, but I was told that everything was fine and it had been tested before with other people.
Next, they started to strap the headset around my head. This was much lighter to the ones I had seen, and it had a covering to keep the electrodes tightened on my head. The screen was very black and I wasn't seeing anything as of yet, and was wondering what the heck was going on. I waited a couple of a minutes, and then was told by the scientists that I should expect a shock and then something strange. I started to clench my hands in fists, awaiting the shock, and then I growled a bit as it hit me hard.
I opened my eyes and saw a spacious field in front of me. Everything was crystal clear and it seemed like it was just like a real life field! I couldn't help but think that there was a ton of technology behind this as I looked around. I started to move my foot forward as I heard a clop. Then, I started to feel super weird as I looked down and noticed my normal tiger feet weren't there, and instead saw a feral horse body where my bottom half used to be.
I wobbled a bit at the realization, moving a little bit forward with my legs, as it was a concept that was truly foreign to me. I even tried to see if I could flick my new horse tail some. It was a slight chore and made me miss my tiger tail a bit, but I appreciated having my fur and stripes all over my body. An announcement on my VR headset said that I would be starting a simulation soon. Before it started though, I started to trot around and explore this new centaur body a bit. Walking was interesting, but I knew I couldn't run, lest I fall down and look like a dufus. Still, my legs did feel a bit more muscular than they usually did. It was fun to experience.
All of the sudden, I was outfitted with a bow, and a quiver with a few arrows. The people on my headset said that they would be putting a target in front of me and that I was to mock shoot an arrow onto it. I tried to reach around and grab one of the arrows, but, unlike the rest of my body, it didn't actually feel fully real. I figured that was just something they were working on. At least the bow in my hands felt like it had some structure. I started to move my hind legs a bit to get myself into a stance, but I had never shot an arrow before. I regretted, at this point, not playing any Wii games at home more. I looked at the target, pulled back the bow, and shot the arrow, it flying out and not even coming close to hitting the target.
A slight murmur was heard over the VR and they said they had to shut down the program. The screen went black quickly and they took off the headset and electrodes. I asked what the issue was and they spoke some sciencey talk, just probably meaning something was off and they needed to do some more corrections. It was sad because I would have liked to have trotted around a bit more. Still, I'm sure that since I got picked for this, I would get to be doing this again.
