That's reallly, really pretty. I like the constant bassline with the lowest recorder. The only thing I would consider is that you don't always have to break up each iteration with the bassline by itself. It's certainly something you CAN do - and it's very effective - but you also run the risk of people thinking it might be a little repetitive.

I liked it a lot! It's very eerie and otherworldly. It was really stunning!

This sounds awesome! The bass recorder ended up sounding like an English Horn.

On further thought, a few things:

1) May I post this to my webpage and FA page, giving you proper credit?
2) Do you think the sheet music (which I've printed out) is worth publishing?
3) If you'd like to use it in your RPG, go ahead. I only ask credit.

*laughs* It's your song, you don't have to give me credit or anything - I just resampled it for you. I probably wont use it outright for the RPG game, but if it gets stuck in my head enough that I go and write a countermelody or use a portion in a song, I'll definitely give credit where credit is due.

As for publishing - never hurts to go and try! = D

Yeah, this song is a complete trio. It was something of an experience in creating 3 part with differing rhythms.

You really have a nice feel to these :) I hope that the project takes off - I've written music for a couple of games myself that never saw the light of day!

Thanks. Yeah, all the music in the game so far seems to be one or two steps up from the original RPG project portfolio I was posting here - I'm still hunting down some of the other tracks I did before my old computer went blind, so you can expect to see more soon, hopefully.

I'll ask the other project members if I can start posting its music here! It's on hold at the moment but I was waiting until they got their site together, which they did manage in the end.
