Meh, honestly they aren't that important, in fact after recruiting them they have no relevance and the relevance they did have was near non-existent during the chapter they're first seen and recruited in, for a little context however Kana is the child of Corrin the main protagonist of fire emblem fates, Corrine Isa customizable character ranging from look secondary class and gender, Kana will always be the opposite gender of Corrin while having the hair colour of Corrine spouse (barring the same sex marriages as Corrin and Niles/Rhajat don't adopt until after the story), both genders of Kana are summonable in fire emblem heroes as are multiple versions of both genders of Corrin.
