Awesome job! You stayed away from the generic, media-induced interpretation and created your own world and you probably still keep it recognizable to the point where someone can guess the genre of your song without reading the lyrics. Keep up the good work!

The song referenced in this comic is "Is This Heaven?" by The Moody Blues, it's one of my absolute favourite romantic songs EVAR.

And it's also a song that I've associated two of my characters with: David (a silver fox) and Kayla (a plus-sized arctic vixen). I don't draw this couple nearly enough, and they soooo need more love :) And when I saw Zhivago posted this music-comic meme, I just couldn't resist making a little comic with these guys in it :)

It was just a quick comic, which is why the colouring is pretty sloppy >.< Drawn on photocopy paper and coloured with Prismacolour and Copic markers.

Even though it was a rush job, it was still a lot of fun to do! :)
