Personality: The junior version of the Primarina you all know and love, Josh is an optimist who's permanently cursed with a mysterious illness. Brief History: A long time ago on an island far, far away, Joshua was born Picaro Mizutama, separated from his mother and dumped into a literal trash bin by a literal trash trainer. Not much is known about his time between being tossed away and being taken in by Joseph at the tender age of 7, however a mysterious mute had been taking care of him, at least according to the boy's hazy memory of her. Supposedly, he had a good feeling about Joseph, and decided to tag along on his adventures, as it seemed like he'd be the most likely to help him reunite with his birth mother. However, his entire life he seemed to suffer from a case of the flu- Always burning with a fever, a purple bubble almost always floating out of his sniffling nose. He was in no state to battle, and Joseph was promptly denied the right to go on his island challenge due to suspicions of him not only kidnapping the boy, but being directly responsible for his sickly state.
