Isaac Blazer is the jackrabbit law enforcement officer who may be from outerspace or the future. I'm not sure which. The resemblance to the classic anime "Gatcheman" or "Battle for the Planets" as it was known in the states is intentional.
Logan Lockhart is a Harlequin Great Dane (a great dane that has a coloration similar to a dalmation) and he is a gladiator. Again, if he is a time-traveler or just models his outfit after that I'm not sure.
