Not for Lent, as such, but it's something that started a couple of years ago around Easter and I decided to carry on the tradition.
The theme gives me a focus for drawing fan-art and the retro-toons are just one aspect of it. I have some contemporary characters in the pipeline too!

For a second, I thought you'd accidentally misspelled "Dinkley" and that Velma had a sister or cousin I didn't know about!
I mean, the girl in orange does look a lot like her! I know Hanna-Barbara were lazy with ideas and animation, but I didn't know they were practically ripping off their own character designs, too!
