What actually happened to relieve the denizens of the White Flower II from Sarsuk's presence was both startling and one of the best parts of the story.
I always thought Gre7g let him off easy... ;)
The only problem is, his absence also creates problems for his cleaning crew. Since I haven't gotten Fair Trade yet (waiting for the Kindle ed.), I live in dread of what this means for Kanti and Co.

As I’m reading my way through one of the novels for the first time.... can’t say I’d be too sympathetic for Sarsuk becoming an ex commissioner. I can’t wait to find out what does happen, I just ordered the whole Kanti cycle and Traitors, Thieves and Liars today. I hope to see many more books come out in this setting.
