Oh man, this brings me back to my childhood. I remember walking down streets similar to this to and from school on rainy days. I always loved the sounds of cars driving over wet pavement, I loved the way the water reflected the headlights, just like it does in that picture. I'd be just looking all around, at places that were certainly quite familiar to me, but took on a different sort of breath when they were glistening with wet and loomed over by a somber sky.

Very nostalgic, to me. I like this very much.

same with the exxing thing. had to have an adult tell me it meant crossing. i still didn't get it. even to this day i think it's kind of stupid.
