not as much as not choosing my leader at all. Although we dont chose who we get to vote for (candidates are elected at our political parties' nomination conventions) we still have a choice. Albeit, a choice between two people who serve the same corporations/private interests. This can be changed by bringing about legislation reducing the power that private money donors (banks and corporations) hold over United States congressmen. If the congressmen do not pass these laws, the American people will vote them out of office. Of course, the majority of American people are too ignorant to realize they can do that, but ignorance can be cured.
In all fairness, both of the Bush presidents were very intelligent. I was not alive during Sr.'s presidency so i cannot comment on the nation's condition during that time, but Jr. was smart, he was just a bad public speaker. A /very/ bad public speaker.
Is this something of your own construction or is there somewhere i could look this thing up. A link would seriously be appreciated.

Iv taken ideas fro various leaders through out history. But the main goal is to restructure the social and economic aspects of society. None of the Reaganomics though, trickle down my ass. he two main causes of poverty in North America is stupidity and lack of self control. So reeducation or deportation of all the poor who fall under that category, depending on the issue that got them there. Illness or disability not withstanding of course.
Also one thing I drew inspiration from was a UK socialist who did an experiment. Where he and a bunch of other people built a factory town and ran it in a socialist fashion. the results were good but they had problems producing enough food. Other then that it went rather well. They had an employment office rather then worrying about your blunder afterward. Makes job hunting a lot better.
Another issue that capitalism, in its current form, is incredibly oppressive and is the most oppressive thing we have cultivated in human history. Its a matter of have, have not and greed. As well as the simple fact that the number of rich that this form of Capitalism has produced requires a mass of the poor. To me and most people with a modicum of morality that's unjust and immoral. However I don't intend to eradicate the rich I merely want to make a large middle class, I aim realistically aiming here.
Also Essential industries will be controlled mainly by the state to keep from crippling food shortages and other simmaler issues. Seeing as hoe freely run banks fucked up the world economy since the Romans stopped making coins out of silver.
