Flowen stands on the coast as the wind whips around his body, his poncho and scarf flapping like flags as the seed of his kingdom slowly takes to the sky. In the coming years, the new king will fortify the enchanted island and it will be the stronghold of his lands, drifting wherever the winds might take it.

The island itself floats upon the words of an entire civilization of magically adept green dragons who lifted it up from the continent so that it might be safe for all draconic peoples to live there. Exiled from a hostile world, they knew that they must make sure that they protect this new one, and so the city of Haven was founded. Soon the battlements of the fortress will rise and the city will grow.

Haven has never come under attack directly, and with good reason. As long as it doesn't stray so far inland that the city's adepts can no longer draw water up from the seas, its a self sufficient mobile castle... not to mention it's packed to the gills with all manner of dragons.
