He's from the Mario Games, I remember playing on long time ago with him in it that was on the GBA I think, but that, like I said, was a while back. I need to really go back and get these games...friggin' Mario games are awesome.

Anyway, he's sporting some evil raep face I suppose. I do so love those raep faces...especially on robits and dinosaurs.
