Gasp! A digital color painting by me! Who knew I could do that?

Well, I always could do it. I am very fluent in using Photoshop and have a graphics tablet. My Minecraft modification work, newspaper work, and picture editing keeps me knowledgeable in the program.

Still, this was the first time in many years that I painted digitally. Why don’t I do it more? For some reason, it just doesn’t interest me. I still prefer real media. I may do this now and then but I can’t see myself ever dedicating myself to digital.

As for the picture itself, this is the very first time I have personally colored Zosia, so many years after she was first made. I’m… a terrible owner to my cast. xD I believe I streamed making most of this.

Note, I made that helicopter too small. Zosia isn’t THAT big. (I’m sure that is disappointing. :P )

Sketch was made on trading card sized card stock paper; painted digitally with Photoshop CS5 with Wacom Intuos 5 graphics tablet.
