An apparently 20 year old arcade game. It started off just with 4 characters and their vehicles, and you just drive around collecting fares, basically plowing through city streets as fast as possible in order to make the best time and the most cash. Very simple premise, very hard to be good at. Later games included little minigames and more characters, and new areas obviously.
Yep! Crazy Taxi 2 on Dreamcast and Crazy Taxi 3: High Roller on Xbox.
There's also a PSP port of the first 2 games on PSP with some extra multiplayer stuff called Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars, a GBA game called Crazy Taxi: Catch a Ride, Crazy Taxi: City Rush for mobiles, and Crazy Taxi:Gazillionaire/Tycoon for mobile.
