Hmm...you know, it's been established that Kim Possible takes place in the same universe as Lilo & Stitch (No really, look it up) so maybe transforming Kim, Ron, Shego, or other characters from that show could happen. Ron could be a monkey-esque one, Shego already has powers so that's an easy one, and you can just get creative with Kim.
