Made this awhile back.. Its cluttered I know. I haven't made any more dress up dolls after this one. Took a lot of time to do. Don't really have enough free time to do another one.
Have fun and what not. Mix or match up. I can't edit this so don't bother pointing out mistakes or how I can fix it up better.

if i may attempt to be constructive...i cant help but think it needs snapping...it reminds me of paper dolls i use to see on some Japanese webpages *whistles innocently* but having the paper doll snap to makes it more fun to play with cause you dont have to get the placement just perfect....still, is very cute and nifty to play with ^.^

Ohhhh, if only I knew more about Flash! I would totally offer my assistance with a project like this. I could probably fake it well enough ... maybe. Of course I could do pretty much whatever you wanted in C++, but who would want to download an executable? Really.

I think you did a pretty good job on it. I find it only gets cluttered after I have used it for a bit and had moved stuff around. Its easily fixed by hitting the reload on the page. I didn't find anything wrong with it, and you do have a good selection of items in there. I've come across a few dress up type flashes, but this one has a couple of my fav species in there so it automatically gets more of my attention. It's a shame you don't have the time for anything new, but at least the code is there in case if you ever want to do something new with it. ^.^
This is a very fun little flash paper doll app. Some standard species pieces, with a few more inventive ones mixed in. Love the manticore pieces! Kinda wish the hair was a separate piece as well. Yeah, I know you didn't ask for critiques, but hey ... you still have the original somewhere, right? And what's stopping you from making a change to it yourself, or making another one of these later?
You're really getting into the Flash animations and such, which is a really neat medium for transformation art. Single frame images are great, and comics or sequences can be really cool, but nothing beats a well made animation. I admit, I'm a little jealous ... I think it'd be really neat to work on a project like this one.
