I have such a strange variety of fantasy interests for characters for stories and games.
The last picture I put up was a pair of Zootopian cops,
this pic however is of a drone-wielding Ork surgeon who moonlights as a criminal for hire.
Yep. Dr Parker Nelson is a Shadowrun character. He's a bit of a Hooder (as in Robin Hood) taking jobs to help fund his dream job of opening a street-level clinic for those who cannot afford the big hospitals.
He loves Elvis music and films (and is a casual member of the first church of the King), has been fighting the Ork 'dum guy' stereotype his whole life by getting degrees in Medical and Cyber-science while learning drone engineering by matrix correspondence course.
For those not in the know, a Rigger is a person who specializes in bridging the gap between man and machine in the Shadowrun world. They can 'jack into' vehicles, controlling them from within like you put on a pair of pants. They also can control various kinds of drones (and Shadowrun has SO many) that can work on land, sea and air and can do anything from spy to provide superior firepower.
Here we see him with two of his Home-made drones, his eye-in-the-sky Bonesaw and his backup foot soldier, the robotic Teddy Bear Mister Fuzzles.

Especially when you consider that he had virtually no knowledge of Shadowrun before I introduced him to it.

Minotauros did his best with the images available. He never even knew about the Orcs of Shadowrun until this pic, and I did give him a pic of a belt that was supposedly Elvis'.
Heh... I wonder if the original is considered a holy relic of the First Church of the King.
