I always love these tickle shoes/boots they are always fun. Personally though I would love to see someone has had their feet made into sensitive erogenous zones being forced to wear them in public. Perhaps while also wearing a chastity belt (and maybe bra), so as they walk around they are made hornier and hornier until they beg the person who put them on to let them cum.
One thing I would like to see is some kind of special shoes for ultra sensitive feet. That they allow for reasonably comfortable walking with sensitive feet and prevent any callus from forming. It also keeps the nerves hightened and maybe throw in a constant level of temperature and humidity in there for good measure.
