I've been trying to think up a decent story for this picture ever since I first laid eyes on it. But I've got nothing. I mean, I've got -lots- but nothing I wanted to use. I just can't seem to justify Rhubella kissing Chaos like this. She must be drunk...or ...yeah drunk. Very, very drunk. Mostly to Foxy's influence. :P
But I've been soooooo busy lately, and so tired, and it's just....
