This was a bit more difficult to work with, since it's got a lot of dark colors. I also experimented a little with shading, and tried a little bit to complicate the background. Didn't work out that great, but it still looks nice, I think.

Wow, he looks great. Totally badass and the feathering looks great. You really nailed the head/neck shape for a Utahraptor.
Re: arm length: A general rule of thumb for dromaeosaurs is that the upper (humerus) and lower (radius/ulna) parts of the arm are almost exactly the same length.
