For some reason, Street Fighter/Final Fight's Sodom seemed like he'd be right at home in SPC. Must be the goofy mixing of traditional Japanese and modern elements, as well as the fact that his body armor makes him look a bit mechanical. So I mechanized him up a bit more, slapped on a crow beak and talons, and he ended up looking like he'd fit right in as one of the evil robots of the week.
