We have signs saying "call center" and "this is not a service center" signs, and we still get people trying to turn in boxes or pay bills here.

Really, you have to drive past one sign and walk through the doors at a second sign, and wait at the third and fourth sign at the security desk for a guard to tell you you're at the wrong place!

Also, people like to shoot out our nodes when they get mad at my company. Careful about letting anyone know that is a data center/server office. You don't want vandalism.

Well, the address is listed in one of our website pages if you dig for it, we the office is there but it's got a data center too lol

First, what did that man do in a data center and secondly, he did not realize that this was not a store, perhaps he thought that the server racks would come alive and attend him? X'D

May be the only physical location they listed on the site. Depends on if the company has a service center or it's all online/phone based for customers.
