"They call me... LASER HOOVES!"

Joking aside, this awesome line art was a gift doodle from the lovely m1tsu! Based on a design prompt that was relatively free reign, their kindness and wonderful eye for design not only fulfilled what I was seeking to commission, but helped me to finalize a plethora of things that were up in the air about my series. Their hands can either be the cloven hooves shown or something more normal, allowing them a great deal of range when they are exploring underwater caverns, coral reefs, rocketing through the sky, or floating around in the vacuum of space.

While they can be incredibly serious and have a combination of black and gallows humor, they can be rather silly. This is especially true when someone needs a good laugh, often transforming their hands into the hoof version and shouting 'LASER HOOVES' with the most ridiculous expression they can muster.

Aside from that, they are terrible at showing emotion and tend to be completely misread, leading to some humorous or downright depressing situations.
