This is something my mom did as a good wake-up meal. She never knew it was a special day for soup! I was about to buy, but this was sheer luck that she made this! Though I did have a free breakfast some hours earlier at Denny's with their free Grand Slams on your birthday ( https://www.dennys.com ) this would technically be a brunch! I have in front of me a good helping of onion and leek soup with plantains and potatoes-how tasty! It would compliment a sandwich I bought... http://www.furaffinity.net/view/30693291/
