Oh, wait. I miss read it as "soon-to-be begones", like he was gonna make all the other people "be gone" soon. I just looked up the meaning of "Bogan", which apparently means "a person whose speech, clothing, attitude and behavior are considered unrefined or unsophisticated."
So I guess this page is not cute and creepy, but just cute. Although if I think about the prologue this page is a little concerning.
