Here is a character I thought of not to long ago. I haven't seen any Drowzees anywhere. I think they are super cool and awesome. <:3 I'm not sure what inspired me to draw him. I just thought a Drowzee would be cool I guess. He is quite the hipster to. <XD I haven't decided on a name yet, but if anyone has any ideas, feel free to suggest some. <:D
