A short and sweet video even though it’s a bit advertiser base but I’m glad she’s moving on and chasing after her passion. I just hope she does stays out of trouble after all that poor girl goes through quite a bit.
Though I have one question jasonafex, why are you still constantly updating people on here what she doing? and especially since she said in that YouTube video that you also link a while back with her expression like she does not like the community and advising anyone that wants to get into the community to stay far away.
It just seems very two face in my opinion but anyway not looking for a fight I’m just curious of how you think and the reasoning behind it that’s all and I hope you have a wonderful day. ^-^

Seems that you didn't watch the video, or didn't understand it. We don't pay-wall our content, comics etc become public after a couple of weeks.
By real job you mean employment. Not only does this pay dramatically less, you have no creative freedom over what you are creating. You would not see any of the content on display here.
Patreon has been reliable income since it came out with consistent growth and scaling. It doesn't even matter if Patreon goes down with Subscribestar as a bipartisan platform, but also completely bypassing Paypal with direct bank transfers. There is no way to abruptly lose business outside of ceasing to create content. We stopped taking commissions around 3 years ago as this kind of content is in far higher demand over content that only appeases one individual at a time. Comics are something thousands can enjoy together. In the case we have no crowdfunding, we would just take commission again until we do. You would have to take down the internet for it to be considered unreliable income.
Every entrepreneur takes some kind of risk to climb the hierarchy ladder. If you want to see the results of playing everything safe, look at student loan debt.

Good way to attack and insult just about any art creator on the internet these days. Whether I like somebody or not, working and making money for a wealthy boss you don't know is NOT the only way to have a "legitimate" job, nor would I ever stop myself from encouraging alternative funding sources. Why exactly should somebody not use their talents to survive?
It's not a game, you obtuse twat. I can call you whatever you want and it doesn't change the content of my original comment, which you are ignoring because you have no proper rebuttal, you cheese-filled festering tumor. There's no reason to imply that all artists and content creators that use PAtreon as a main source of income are making a mistake. If patreon goes down, there will be other options to take it's place. All content creators, even the ones you don't like, will find ways to get paid for their work and discouraging that is shitty. Why would you even do it? "Get a real job!" How about you tell US what you think all these content creators should be doing in order to be "proper" responsible people?
You unwashed, regurgitated durian fruit.

Amusement is not a rebuttal and I promise you that both of us are equally amused and neither of us are likely angry. You ever tried calling somebody a cheese filled festering tumor? Because it's kind of a blast. We could go back and forth all day with moronic "u mad bro?" style comments and it would mean nothing and go nowhere. Even if I WAS mad, what would that change when it has absolutely no bearing on the subject at hand. Your ideologies are substance free and your mind is substance free. You are a living digital uniform, a carbon copy of a carbon copy of a guy who once told a joke on 4chan.
