same scene in a place i lived recently. going out to check the mail after dark. and there was this thing, walking along just exactly like that, didn't freek or change what it was doing or anything when i walked by inches away, as the space between the house and the fence was just not much wider then i am. i said hi and he just looked up and continued on. same exact looking chainlink fence too. the top of it between my sholder and elbow level.
