I do not have a species to describe this being, I just know that it came from a nightmare that I had, and when I drew it I ended up making it a pet of my OC
it is called Grimm and I characterized it at the moment as a nightmare, it feeds on negative feelings and of its own species, it is overprotective with its "owner", or better, the main source of food; you can hide in the shadow of your "owner"

Just to clarify, I did not check out the recent Venom movie, since this drawing is dated October 3, 2017
