isolation and paranoia go hand in hand. Who can you trust? Who will be honest with you? And those you love, have you driven them away? Do you deserve them now? Because if not, how can you survive without them there to help you breathe? I am scared and sad but also completely numb and it's a strange murk to be swimming through. I can't see people for what they are. I know many people have my back, and yet for self inflicted reasons and reasoning, I feel entirely alone.
