Thank you 8) The lights could been better but I was doing this whole night and stay up till noon O_O. The background was a pain to finish off. I will fix the lights another day ^^. Welp, Dom's first appearance in your world starts here. A lot has changed since the first beta version of the story. I have to say that your and Wolfrider's advice worked out well. As soon as I'm done with commissions the first Chapter will come out ^^.

Hmm interesting. I was asking cuz it got me curious of what would she think of this scene. If she was tasked to apprehend Dominic. According to the date Dominic still was FBI's crooked Task Force problem. This happen few months after his family got wiped out. The moment of his highest activity and when his kill count sky rocket. Before being busted by BOS and intercepted by the crooked FBI team. They were in a such hurry to dispose of him and his friends before Morningstar could even get a chance to question them. At that time Chicago was the epicenter of Angels activity as one by one Mob bosses fell. In car bomb blow ups, assassinations, drive-bys unlike ever seen before. The cops that were non Dominic supporters were clueless to nick him as the citizens were also defended by Dom and his friends. Supporters sought hope to have the department to be cleaned. The BOS could not keep up with the pace given by Angels with their quick Blitzkreig attacks on the mob. Or like the police they were informed by citizens of location filled with bodies that had bullet holes in their heads. When things got to hot, Dom and his friends used stealth tactics to blend in with the night. By dawn someone usually found the bodies of the dead mobsters.

Her thing is to apprehend wanted and/or fugitive. Crooked Task Force's main problem would be the USMS having jurisdiction. That is their main job.

Well Dominic was wanted, but I guess that the crooked Task Force convince USMS highier ups that they can handle Dom and his crew alone. Mainly to make sure Dominic would not tell them his side of the story and turn states evidence. If he got into protection it would be hard to kill him and his friends then.

So I see, USMS, would be hard to convince. Given his elusiveness.

And you are right. In the beginning the crooked feds had no trouble convincing them that they can handle a bunch of twenty year olds. But with each year the USMS were growing impatient as the Task Force was not showing results. The Alderman Mansion heist in Howard County in which Dom and his crew robbed a US Congressman of a rare ancient gauntlet was the first crack in the wall that crooked feds set up in front of the FBI Colmaton, USMS and BOS. Dom's 2 major pursuits with CPD, that crossed the line.

Thank you Mojo I guess the Chicago branch of BOS would not find it so amusing ^^;. At that time Dom was all over Windy City causing a lot of trouble for the mob. When he started a gun fight or something like that BOS agents were always too late to arrive. When they did it nothing but dust settling off after combat. His Blitzkreig and Stealth attacks allowed him to be one step ahead of the Bureau. Who dominated the network, owned the city.

The Chicago BoS is run by Atomic Ape. He doesn't like -anybody-.

I can assure you that he was not happy knowing that a group of non powers was able to be one step ahead of him.

And most of the BoS asked 'Were they out of elementary school yet?' And wouldn't have been particularly surprised if the answer hand been 'no'.

Chicago...my hometown...Also the home of the first Watch Dogs game. One of the best satisfying games I ever played. Very nice pic.^^

My fave game too ^^ I love Windy City, it's good change of place of NY. I like NY but over time it gets boring. Windy City was a good refreshing ^^. Dominic moved there in 2011 since it was the largest settlement of Poles in the city. So despite what may seem, it helped him fell like home. Though he lived in the South Side and patrolled there as officer. Unlike most cops his friendly nature met with pleasant response from the public. He wasn't so stiff like most cops were. For him making sure the public trusted him was more important monthly amount of served tickets or arrests. Which earned him with positive reports from citizens. He often saved young boys from joining the gangs, arresting them, but for a psychological reason . By driving up to their homes and letting them see their houses one last time. After telling them of the brutal vision of incoming future, he let them go with a warning.

''I'm letting you go but kiddo but..... If we meet up again and catch you committing crime as a gang banger, holding a gun.....Next time I will shot to death or arrested for ever. Don't break my trust in you. If you do so pray we won't meet.''

I bit harsh warning but only way to set them back on track. A complete opposite Jason Van Dyke. He gives the kid a chance and warning to get of that path.....Even stil as criminal, he once met with a boy he saved and told him that life of criminal is just as he expected. You are constantly on the run, no place is safe for you to stay longer. The longer you stay in one place the more stronger forces will be brought in to catch you. GTA life of crime is fantasy, at least in a world of super heros and heroines. You won't survive if they start giving you the chase and you don't have powers. But Dom at this point gained some powers, yest still with no one to train him he relied on his body, skills and stealth.

Ok, Now I've seen everything. (Watch. Something even wierder will appear.)
