I approve of this design and idea, though curious and probably dumb questions but - does he turn them into a clone or experiment similar to himself that carry on to spread the infection, or does he turn them into entirely different kinds of experiments with their own set of powers (tho possibly still being infectious)

I think I prefer the latter, where they victim becomes a unique experiment version of themselves with some unique power of their own, but happy to assist him in turning others.

This one must be closer to Stitch, considering the similar body structure. Perhaps this is 623? Granted, I would hope there's a cure for its venom or a way to treat it. Otherwise, I don't think Jumba would have risked creating it in the first place.

I vaguely recall some really dangerous experiments getting off-hand mentioned or alluded to on the show but yeah. I'm sure theres a lot of taken numbers out there so now idea what I'd give this one if I really wanted to try and fit him into canon.

Been thinking it over, I think he'd mimic voices to trick people to get close by pretending to be someone or thing else and then once they make eye contact its too late.
