Trying to brainstorm fantasy mythology while reading "The Hero with a Thousand Faces."

So I envisioned a fantasy myth where the god of justice was the only deity capable of defeating a god-eating wolf, with the three heads named "Desire," "Death," and "Truth." The gods sent him forward wielding his magic six-handed sword which only he could lift, but that did not aid him and in the end, only when he yielded and was devoured did he understand and prevail.

Yeah, yeah, so I used Joseph Campbell as a game supplement.
