I couldn't celebrate Alola's arrival back in 2016 due to personal reasons (I was stagnated art-wise because of depression), which is sad because I LOVED Alola... but this time, is the time I'll change this!
So here are the Galar region starters we had the pleasure of meeting during today's official announcement for Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield! Happy Pokémon Day, everyone!
Which one is your favorite? My ever-growing passion for the fire type speaks louder, so I think I'm team Scorbunny :3c Game Freak has the aptitude of creating bunnies I like (this may come off as a shock to some of you, but I don't like rabbits irl), but all of them are so adorable on their own way, it's hard to choose hahaha

I can totally understand why! hahaha I've always had an affinity with fire, so I mostly lean towards the fire starters (even though I picked different ones on some gens). People are saying it looks like it'll be another fire/fighting type, but man: just come at me bro. I'm ready for that. I actually like the fire/fighting combo!
I'm theorizing Galar is indeed inspired in the UK! I wouldn't be surprised if Galar was the region that sparred against Kalos in war, since Kalos is clearly inspired in France, it would reflect real world's 100 years war between these two nations. "Sword" and "shield" also could reflect the kingdom and knightly theme of the region, so I'm looking forward to what Game Freak will do with Galar! I really like when they make "ties" to other regions.

I loved Litten from the first time I laid eyes on it (fire and kitties are totally my thing) but in the end I worked out a way of getting the three of them (thank you internet and the GTS!) even though my pick was indeed Litten, so if one's too torn, there's always a way hahaha
I won't be able of playing it because I can't afford a switch, but I'M AS EAGERLY WAITING FOR MORE INFO ON THESE 👀 AND THE EVOLUTIONS 👀👀👀 LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS GEN'S EEVEELUTION BTW 👀👀👀👀👀👀
