Ahhh...so it IS a Russian-inspired vehicle! The ZIL nameplate was a clue. I recognise that name from those ZIL Presidential limousines from the 1950s and '60s that somewhat resembled certain American Packards or Lincolns from the same era.
Anyway, that's one fantastic machine! I like it!
